Raised at Dalmeny Acres either on pasture or in a compost management system, they live 100% of their lives outside where they can root and wallow to their heart’s content.

All of our pigs are fed a grain mix that includes barley, oats, peas and left over bran from a local sourdough bakery. 

Our pigs are not fed any corn or soy throughout their life, because of this, they gain weight more slowly and evenly. 

They are a mix between Large Black, Berkshire and Tamworth heritage breeds.

All meat is freshly frozen
