Return Policy

Only damaged or defective Items are eligible for return, exchange or refund. 

If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact our customer service within 2 days from the date of pick up or delivery.  You will be asked to provide evidence of the damage or defect with photos and a description. We will offer either a replacement or a refund depending on the situation

Pick Up Policy

If your order isn't picked up within seven days of your scheduled pick up date, the order will be cancelled and you will subject to a 5% restocking fee. Perishable items are non refundable and will be charged in full. We get it, things change and life is crazy, if you will be late or need to change your pick up date please contact us at farm@dalmenyacres.ca and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Order Cancellation

If an order needs to be cancelled, contact us with as soon as possible.  If a product in your order requires a preorder (like the fresh sourdough) are non-refundable. A 5% restocking fee may apply to cancelled orders.
