Feel bad about eating meat? You shouldn't, here's why

Have you ever had trouble eating meat?
Or felt bad about the fact that you're eating an animal?
Well I'm here to give you a different perspective that is not at all talked about and tell you that the guilt you're associating with eating meat, doesn't make sense. Here's why 👇🏻
In no reality does a deathless diet exist for a human. None.
To be a human, means that for us to eat something has to have died.
And that's okay, normal actually. This is what it means to be part of the food chain, part of the circle of life, part of nature.
Small animals like skunks, mice, snakes and larger animals like deer and turkeys are killed in the name of plant based food ALL THE TIME, due to agricultural equipment, pest control etc.
Just because you don't see the death of the animal on your plate, does not mean that it didn't happen.
I don't know about you but for me, ensuring that the animal in question lived a great life, had a controlled, ethical and the least stressful death possible, allows me to know in my bones that nourishing my body with that animal is the right choice.
And let's take it 5 steps further, because no one talks about this or even thinks that this could be a possibility.
You can eat meat and actually INCREASE the amount of lives within that ecosystem.
Yes, you read that right.
The death of one properly managed cow can feed a family for a whole year and in turn, that cow has the potential to hugely increase soil health, which increases biodiversity within the soil, increases wildlife and restores ecosystems.
You can eat meat and still be doing really great things for the environment.
Food doesn't have morales, you are not a good or bad person because of what you eat. Are you nourishing your body in a way that feels good? That's all that matters, there is no room for guilt and shame.
If you truly want to make a difference through the food that you're eating - HOW your food got on your plate is MUCH more important then WHAT's on it.
Focus on that instead.
