Bastoncini are one of Creel & Gambrel signature salami sticks that made from top quality pork cuts selected with care and experience. After grinding, the pork is combined with subtle seasonings according to Italian tradition before being carefully stuffed into 12 mm diameter casings for slow, natural curing.  Perfect for snacking on the go, yet equally at home when served as an appetizer on a charcuterie board our bastoncini are immensely popular with all age groups.
