St. Brigid’s Creamery’s new barrel-churned European Style salted butter is made from 100% organic, grass-fed, single-herd A2 Jersey cream and is seasoned with Vancouver Island Sea Salt. Harvested on holistically- and regeneratively-managed lands at the van Nes family farm and churned at Alliston Creamery—the last independent butter plant in Ontario—this vibrant-yellow 84% M.F.
A2 Jersey Cream means that the milk comes only from Jersey cows that have the A2/A2 Beta Casein in their milk, which has been found to be easier to digest then the typical A1 Beta Casein found in most dairy operations throughout Canada.
