Update on our Meat

A quick update on our pork and lamb.  

You may have noticed that we're sold out of all of our pork cuts, that we only have sausages and ground pork available currently and that we only have 1 leg of lamb available at the moment.

Letting you know that we will have smoked ham, bacon, and all the good stuff stocked for Christmas.  We will also be getting some more lamb from Hanlin Farms too.

We also still have some pigs available for bulk order come the spring.  You will have fresh pork for Easter, if interested, feel free to send us an email to this farm@dalmenyacres.ca and we can chat about all the details there. 

 

Unfortunately it looks like the restocking on our beef won't happen until the new year, there is definitely a shortage of slaughterhouses in the area, making this time of year very difficult to schedule in an animal.  If you're wanting to know when that will happen - the best place to sign up is again our waitlist by clicking here.
