Nurture with Botanics has evolved to be a tea focused wellness brand when I realized tea is more than just a delicious drink. There are endless ways to incorporate tea into your routine (not just by drinking it) and so many supporting and healing properties. Nurture with Botanics is where I can combine my love for herbs, food and my passion for helping others thrive.

Mental health and wellness is incredibly important to us, and we’re committed to doing our part to support our community.  As of 2023 donations each season will be going to a local Food cupboard in Ottawa. Being able to have access to basic needs plays a role in our mental health and well-being.
