This fresh-milled 100% Spelt pan loaf is rich and nutty. Great for sandwiches or smeared with our St Brigid's Creamery salted butter. Red Fife is a Canadian Heritage wheat that was used widely across the country in the 50's and has dwindled since a turn to commercial milling and commodity wheat. 

Easy to digest for those with sensitive tummy's.
